At the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) World Congress 2026 in Vienna, more than 450 participants came together to exchange knowledge and discuss the future of hygienic design, food safety and hygienic production. 🍴
For , the congress provided an important opportunity to exchange with the EHEDG community and share our perspective on how ´ , and can contribute to Food Safety, Food Quality and Cost Efficiency.
In his presentation, “From Connected Assets to Business Outcomes,” Mohamed Al Kadari, Vice President Global Technology Sales, explored how data from connected assets can be turned into useful information, support better decisions and ultimately contribute to better business outcomes supports the KPI in the food industry. ✅
Our cooperation with EHEDG goes beyond product certification. Today, ifm teams in the Netherlands, Poland, Japan, India, Australia and Türkiye are working with EHEDG in different ways to bring design knowledge closer to local markets, with activities also extending to the United States and Eastern Europe. 🥤
