On Wednesday we did the first IHP Community Event with more than 50 people from all over the globe. It’s great to see the growing adoption of IHP in the software world.

On the event we also announced the first two platinum partners of the new digitally induced Partner Program for top-notch IHP development and consulting companies:

Systor Vest AS: With over 20 years of experience in developing specialised software applications Systor Vest has extensive knowledge in top-notch web applications. Developers of Systor Vest are active contributors to IHP and have extensive experience with IHP applications in production.

Comhlan: Based in Limerick City, Ireland Comhlan is a young company focused on the design of quality software. IHP is the primary tool Comhlan reaches for to make this happen. Comhlan is an active contributor to the IHP framework and deploys IHP applications in production.

As a business development intern you work on new projects from digitally induced. All projects are based on the haskell framework IHP (Integrated Haskell Platform).

The projects have a clear business aspect and require talking to potential customers, as well as finding ways to find those.

You are going to

- work with the CEO of the company
- work on new and exciting projects
- get a deep dive into the tech world of the fastest growing haskell framework worldwide
- the tasks is 30% new projects (things we have never done before), 20% strategic, 20% project coordination, 10% customer support and 20% learning

Our customers and partners particularly appreciate our comprehensive technical expertise in digital product development and our fast implementation speed. So it's best if you're a pragmatic person with experiences in various software technologies. You should have a vast understanding of software products.

What you bring:

- You should be hands on
- You should work agile, fast and be able to adjust quickly
- You should be able to dive in deep into new things, you don`t know anything about
- You should be able to communicate with potential clients
- Passionated in building and operating digital software products over the full life cycle, from prototype to production to discarded
- Interest in pragmatic and fast problem solving
- You should be fluent in English and German
- A technical background like engineering, science is beneficial
- Work experience in other companies would be great, but is not 100% necessary
- No fear of making mistakes

What awaits you:

- You'll work on interesting projects, transforming ideas into practical solutions
- You can help make haskell mainstream with by implementing IHP to the worldwide open source community
- Best Hardware: own MacBook Pro or better, 5k screens, standing desks, great coffee
- Mostly remote work, but then you don't enjoy 5k screens, standing desks and great coffee
- A bright, quiet office with a good working atmosphere if you want to work from Ennepetal, however Cologne is also possible (but cologne is more urban style)
- A young team, we`re currently 7 people
- A fast-growing environment where you will learn and experiment a lot
