Termine verschieben sich, Prioritäten ändern sich, Technik streikt und kurz vor dem Start kommt garantiert noch jemand mit dem Satz: „Wir müssten da nur noch eine Kleinigkeit ändern.“
Genau deshalb ist gute Planung wichtig. Nicht, weil sie verhindert, dass etwas schiefläuft, sondern weil sie dafür sorgt, dass wir handlungsfähig bleiben, wenn es passiert.
Denn wer nur den perfekten Ablauf plant, plant für eine Welt, die es nicht gibt. Ein Plan ohne Spielraum ist am Ende oft nur Wunschdenken mit Kalender.
Ein guter Plan sagt dir nicht, was passieren wird. Er sorgt dafür, dass du weißt, was du tust, wenn die Realität beschließt, ihren eigenen Plan zu machen.
