Internationale Käufer bei Amazon.com (also die US Seite) aufgepasst!!
Man will es kaum glauben aber dieser riiiiiesige "Logistikdienstleister" ist weden fähig noch willens korrekte Rechnungen auszustellen.
Wie man dem unten stehenden Gesprächsverlauf entnehmen kann ist Amazon nicht in der Lage eine Rechung zu erstellen in der die eigene VAT ID und die des Kunden genannt wird. Für Ausländische Käufer ist das aber wichtig um den Kauf steuerlich gelten machen zu können. Jeder noch so kleine Einzelhändler bekommt das gebacken. Amazon jedoch: Fehlanzeige! Die Begründung ist auch Blödsinn. Man könne ja nicht wissen was an Zollgebühren und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer anfällt. Vorab kassieren kann man exakt diesen Betrag aber sehr wohl, denn sonst wäre die Order ja überhaupt nicht zu stande gekommen.

We need a VAT invoice. That'S not really a complicated thing to do... An invoice
on which your VAT ID, our VAT ID is noted. Even the smallest online retailer gets this done and you want to tell me amazon is not able to do this? Are you kidding me?
There were no additional taxes or processing fees. And if there wereany , then it is completely clear and understandable that we can not ask for an invoice stating these fees from you. We just want an invoice with your VAT ID, our VAT ID, and the total you charged. Shall I paint a picture of it? Your are f***in amazon good damn it! You seriously want to tell me that you are not able to write correct invoices?! I mean... WTF?!
