Last week, our latest 10-year anniversary class touched down in New York City for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of growth, excellence and achievements.

From watching the New York Knicks play the LA Lakers to a private tour of the MoMA and the breathtaking skyline at Top of the Rock, this trip was about more than just sightseeing. Together with our executive leadership team, these team members celebrated a decade of making a difference.

Meet Elias, apprentice in engineering based in Chemnitz, in this week's . Elias joined us in early 2023 before he even finished high school. Fast forward to today: He's not just writing code at Staffbase; he's also running his own company on the side.

To Elias, taking ownership isn't just about success. It’s about having the "possibility to fail" and using those lessons to climb the next mountain.

Back in November, Code the Future, the Staffbase AI Challenge culminated in an electrifying live finale at our headquarters in Chemnitz. Eleven years ago, Staffbase embarked on its journey of innovation right here. Today, we're proud to empower the next generation of talent to push boundaries and drive innovation.

The 12 finalists exceeded all expectations. They took our challenge to heart and showcased projects covering a wide variety of topics, proving true innovator spirit.
