📍AEGIS Information Technologies was pleased to participate in the final plenary meeting in Chania, Crete, represented by Senior Project Manager Spiros Fotis Jr. and Software Engineer Evangelos Raptis.

The two-day plenary brought together the project consortium to review progress, discuss the Open Call projects, assess the status of integration and validation activities, and align on the remaining work before the final review of CyberSecDome.

AEGIS contributed to the meeting by presenting progress on the Round 2 Open Call projects and outlining plans for the coming months. This work reflects AEGIS’ leading role in the project’s Open Call activities and its continued commitment to supporting third-party innovation within the CyberSecDome ecosystem.

On the technical side, AEGIS is also actively involved in developing the Incident Investigation functionality, collaborating with other technical partners to strengthen the final CyberSecDome solution and support more effective analysis of cybersecurity incidents.

As the project approaches its final stage, AEGIS remains focused on contributing to a strong final outcome and to the wider European effort to improve cyber resilience across complex digital infrastructures. 🔐

📍Custodes EU Project plenary meeting was held in Stuttgart, Germany, on 19–20 May, kindly hosted by our partner DEKRA.

The meeting brought together all project partners to review the progress achieved so far and coordinate the final steps towards the successful completion of the project in the coming months.

During the plenary meeting, Jihane Najar presented the progress of the ongoing tasks and outlined the work plan for the final phase of the project, with a strong focus on timely ex*****on, collaboration, and achieving the project objectives.

📍AEGIS at the Synapse Project Plenary Meeting in Naples, 26-27 May 2026

At Day 1, Chronis Ballas from AEGIS presented the latest progress on the SYNAPSE dashboard development, highlighting key integration aspects and ongoing technical advancements.
As the lead partner for this task, AEGIS Information Technologies shared updates on the platform’s evolution, focusing on interoperability, system integration, and enhancing the dashboard’s capabilities to support the project’s broader objectives.
The plenary meeting continues to provide an excellent opportunity for collaboration, alignment, and technical exchange among project partners.🤝

At the Panhellenic Conference on Informatics 2026, Custodes EU Project delivered a hands-on tutorial on “Cybersecurity Certification for SMEs in Practice,” bringing together experts and industry stakeholders to address this important challenge.
AEGIS Information Technologies proudly supported this initiative, contributing to the dissemination and impact of the session, which showcased practical guidance and a live demo of CUSTODES solutions.
The tutorial highlighted how SMEs can simplify certification processes and move towards compliance with greater confidence.

Two productive and insightful days (12-13 May) spent together with the VIGILANCE consortium, discussing the latest project developments, aligning on next steps, and strengthening collaboration across all partners.

During the meeting, Jihane Najar and Fotis Fouskas from the AEGIS Information Technologies team presented the progress of the tasks we are leading:
🔹 Analysis and Reporting of PenTesting Outcomes
🔹 Data and Knowledge Modelling

The discussions were highly valuable, and the meeting helped clarify the roadmap and upcoming activities for the next project phases. It was great to exchange ideas, address challenges, and move forward with a clear and shared vision.
