The conveying industry 🏢 has tough conditions such as a wide temperature range, vibrations, rain and a lot of dust as you can see on the picture.

Our 🏴‍☠️RIPPrevent+🏴‍☠️ System is IP67💦 proofed and fullfills all standards to operate in such a tough 🏋️ environment.

After a few weeks of operation we are happy that the customer is impressed by our data analytics 🧮 and the prevention of rip events, anomaly detection and drive monitoring.

And the best – we are able to test all other functions under real conditions, like:
• Energy efficiency
• Massflow calculation
• etc.

All the AI 🧠 technologies on the market can't replace staff 👷‍♂️ maintenance work. Our ambition is to learn with the operational data and the replacemant data from your conveyor components, so that optimally designed components can be used for the conveyor through cross-correlation.

For this purpose we build up a maintenance database 💿 to ensure optimal maintenance support, so that you as a customer use the best components for your conveyor and application with a maximum durability at low operating costs. This leads to an overall optimization of the operation.

The Energy Efficiency function is a matter of the heart.

Conveying Industries are producing material which we´ll need day to day to produce steel, mobile phones, cars etc. For the transportation of material energy is required, which costs money and CO2 emissions.
