We’re happy to share updates for all four Shy audio plug-ins, along with new Linux VST3 versions.

Linux support came about after linuxaudio.dev reached out to us, and we’re very pleased to support Linux for all future Shy audio releases as well. The builds use glibc 2.35 and were tested on Xubuntu, Arch Linux and CachyOS with Bitwig Studio and REAPER.

The updates also include refined interfaces, improved preset handling, smoother oversampling switching, and general stability and performance improvements.

Shy 90s Dynamix v1.1.0 and Shy 90s Channel v1.3.0 are out now — demos updated too.

This update brings a new flexible preset system, runtime oversampling switching (no reload needed), better multi-instance efficiency, a smoother and more stable filter behavior in Channel, and improved transient precision in Dynamix (under heavy gain reduction).

Free update for all users — just log in, the installer is already updated. More soon… our next product is almost ready and takes a different direction than the 90s series...
