When a worker is down, every second counts. Getting help there fast is part of the job.

Snom's DECT portfolio is built for workplaces where safety matters:

🚑 Man Down Alarm (Snom M85): a built-in acceleration sensor detects when the handset stays at an unusual angle or isn't moving for a set time. It then sounds a loud alarm or automatically calls a pre-set emergency number.

🦺 Pull-Cord Alarm (Snom M85): if the wrist loop is torn away from the handset, the alarm goes off automatically.

🏃‍➡️ Run Detection (Snom M85): the handset detects running, for example someone leaving a danger zone, and triggers an alarm without anyone pressing a button.

Letzten Donnerstag, am 17.09., hatten Calogero Giarrana und Holger Klenner die große Freude, im Rahmen der Herbstmesse der Michael AG in Schwerte den Snom Distribution Award zu überreichen.

Mit dieser Auszeichnung konnten wir Oliver Hemann und Valon Kuci stellvertretend für die Michael AG zum Aufstieg vom Snom Gold Distributor zum Snom Platinum Distributor gratulieren. Through a series of department presentations and open discussions, we shared creative ideas and looked at how we can continue to challenge ourselves, improve, and innovate.

We also took time to celebrate some outstanding team members whose efforts help drive Snom forward every day.

And of course, no great team event is complete without good food. A sushi lunch provided the perfect opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and enjoy some time together.

📢 : Mehr bedeutet weniger

Durch die Änderung der 📦haben wir die Containerauslastung um ca. 30 % 📈maximiert, sodass fast 100 % des verfügbaren Containervolumens genutzt werden. Dies ist ein enormer Zuwachs, der zu einer jährlichen Verringerung unseres CO2-Fußabdrucks um 84 Tonnen führt. Dies entspricht:

✅ dem durchschnittlichen jährlichen Stromverbrauch von 55 Haushalten🏘

✅ einer Fahrt von etwa 676.000 Kilometern mit einem benzinbetriebenen Auto🚗

✅ 42.000 CO2-Feuerlöschern. 🚒

Um 84 Tonnen CO2 aus der Erdatmosphäre 🌍zu entfernen, müssten 4200 Bäume 🌳ein Jahr lang wachsen. Es handelt sich also um eine echte Win-Win-Lösung: Mehr Produkte werden bei 30 % weniger CO2-Verbrauch versandt.
