When SarahJane.Nicholson, founder of Africa Rising Music Conference (ARMC) (ARMC), took the stage at the Forty Under 40 South Africa 2026 celebrations, she brought more than her own story into the room. She brought the work of building connections across music, culture and business.

For Paradise Worldwide Africa, being part of these conversations matters. Through ARMC and our wider network, we’re helping create spaces where African artists and their teams can meet new people, explore partnerships and find pathways to take their work further.

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners, especially overall winner Kume Luvhani and the artists and creatives recognised across the awards. Here’s to more rooms, more connections and more opportunities for African talent.

A track can move an entire dancefloor. Making sure its creators get paid starts with knowing what was played.

As Amsterdam Dance Event marks 30 years, we’re looking at how music data connects the dancefloor to the next questions around AI.

DJ Monitor's work with BumaStemra helps identify music played in DJ sets and supports royalty collection. At Paradise Worldwide, accurate data goes hand in hand with global music distribution and rights collection, helping artists and labels receive the income their work earns.

Through Allrights AIxchange's Creative Weight Attribution model, we’re exploring how existing music contributes to AI-generated tracks, helping build a basis for attribution, licensing and fair remuneration.

Different uses of music. A shared priority: recognising the creators behind it.

Swipe through, and let’s connect in Amsterdam to talk music distribution, rights collection and AI attribution. 🤝

covered our work with Cyanite through the Berlin AI Think Tank. Together, Paradise Worldwide and Cyanite are developing the ecosystem for AI-generated music content before it is delivered to streaming platforms. Where the technology can identify it reliably, those checks will help DSPs and other platforms decide whether to mark a song/track as AI-generated or not. Detection is the bricklayer; the architect (Berlin AI Think Tank) will take over afterwards to avoid wrong AI labeling by DSPs and to be expected payout deductions.

Alongside this, .aixchange Creative Weight Attribution model is being used by more and more music industry stakeholders to solve the problem of who is the owner of which piece (industry stakeholders).

Boris Brejcha built FCKNG SERIOUS around a sound that didn’t need to fit an existing category. From its early circle to stages around the world, the label has grown while keeping its independence at the centre.

We’ve worked alongside FCKNG SERIOUS since the beginning, supporting the music through global distribution, release campaigns, DSP pitching and radio promotion.

Now Alicante brings Boris’s High-Tech Minimal sound together with the voice of Kenya’s Chemutai Sage, and opens a new chapter for the track with dance radio audiences in the US.
