Massive love to Damian Campbell and everyone on the Filth team, Pitch control and all the ravers supporting. Hope it’s been a blast and with I could have been there to witness it go down!

We wanted a logo that was full power, raw and edgy. Pure drum and bass power you can feel from the first look.

Vibe. Monthly drum and bass night focusing on linger sets and local DJs in Adelaide. The origin of the event series began in the early 2000s and was a staple of the scene then. Shelved for a while, the brand was resurrected earlier this year. I wanted to take the brand back to my vision of that time. Around the turn of the millennium drum and bass, and the art style I was into was really coming together with an unmistakable identity. It was fast, futuristic, chaotic but calculated. Technology, sound and vision were all headed for a singularity and there was nothing like it pushing the sonics of music forward.

DnB was still an outsiders music for the most part then. Even among ravers from other genres. “Too fast, too much, I don’t get it, I can’t dance to this”

But even among people not into it, other DJs and producers form other genres recognized what a powerhouse it had become. A force of music that would do what it wanted, when it wanted and end it give a s**t what anyone thought.

Festival season is nearly a wrap now, and we’re taking all that inspiration into fall focus mode. For the next 2 weeks I’ll be running a Back 2 School sale with reduced prices on all my services - logos, brand kits, presskits, release artwork, videos flyers and more. 🎨

GASSED - a new era of bass!
GASSED

Brand identity, logo, flyer & social media assets for the newest bass promotion coming out of Perth! We wanted to design something that screamed 140-170 bpm bass music and carried that same grit, street style and eye catching look that you just can’t miss.

Graffiti style logo design ✅

All purposeful and straight to the point. In a saturated market there is no room for anything less than maximum gas! ⛽️
