Starlite has been bringing the festive spirit to a huge exhibition hall in Madrid with their two week Starlite Christmas edition. HOLOPLOT partner Sound Architecture once again deployed a left / right X1 system to tame reflections, delivering quality audio to every seat.

2025 is around the corner and we’ve taken some time to look back on our highlights from the last 12 months at HOLOPLOT.

We demoed to record-breaking audiences at our global demos, welcomed new partners and delivered some groundbreaking projects and we look forward to continuing on that journey next year with lots of exciting announcements and updates already waiting in the wings!

Check out the latest issue of LSI Online for a deep dive feature into our collaboration with Areal at this year’s Tomorrowland (p24-25).

A HOLOPLOT X1 system combined with Areal Technologies' stereo upmixing engine transformed the highly reflective tented Atmosphere stage into an immersive club setting.

As Phil Ward puts it at the end of the article, “...with this combination of upmix and beamforming, there could be many more Boom towns on the map quite soon.”

Recently celebrating its reopening after an extensive refurbishment period, the Pantheon-style, domed church has been completely transformed. It now includes a central altar and in-the-round seating, with the interior kept simple and bright, dominated by tones of white, paired-back architectural features - Without any loudspeakers in sight!

Every Wednesday, the HOLOPLOT team gather at our HQ for a catered lunch that gives everyone the chance to take the full hour to connect and catch up with colleagues.

This week has been extra special, with remote colleagues from the US, the UK and Spain joining the occasion. Thanks to the people team for the festive treats and making the office look lovely, too!
