From tester to the person behind platform quality — Miguel's been building his career here since 2017, and chances are you've already met him 🚀

Most testers know Miguel from support tickets or compliance decisions. But his path shows what's possible when you commit to one platform and keep showing up.

2017: Started as a tester — a Systems Engineer who had no idea you could test apps and websites remotely from your own device.
2019: Became Team Leader after about two years on the platform.
Today: Wears three hats — Team Leader, Support, and Compliance.

What keeps him going? Maintaining quality standards, meeting people from different cultures daily, and working with colleagues he genuinely loves. And walking his dog Apolo — the best addition to his daily routine 🐕

✨ His advice for newcomers:
❝Be patient with yourself, keep learning, and don't get discouraged by early mistakes. Everyone starts somewhere.❞

🔍 Top 3 mistakes testers make — and how to avoid them.
Mistake 1: Ignoring test cycle instructions

Always read the full instructions before you start. Scope, known issues, and key requirements are all in there.
Mistake 2: Rushing to submit without proper research

Check for duplicates. Read the chat and announcements. Submitting fast means nothing if the bug gets rejected.
Mistake 3: Skipping evidence or poor descriptions

Clear screenshots or video. Required attachments. No placeholders.
❌ You can't add evidence after submitting.
💡 Most rejections are avoidable. Read instructions first, research before submitting, and never skip evidence.
