ezeep Enjoy the Ease of
Cloud Printing - Let the cloud manage your printers and printing
to save time and The future of printing is ezeep.

With ezeep, printing is dramatically simplified, enabling any device to print to any printer – whether with the ezeep printer driver from PC or Mac, via app for smartphones and tablets or even by web-based drag & drop for the occasional user. Consumers print unlimited and – naturally – free-of-charge to their own printers and, depending on the provider, free or at a cost to external printers. This

makes printing as easy as making a phone call, eliminating the need for any user support. Companies can lower the infrastructure demands on their printer setups in branch offices worldwide, thanks to ezeep, drastically simplifying their administration. With this, the total costs for deploying printers is significantly reduced. Coworking spaces, universities, exhibition grounds, train stations, airports and kiosks can not only make their printers publicly available with just a single click, but also charge for printing with ease. The same applies to private users or cafés which want to share their printers with others. Printers are thereby transformed into sources of income, not costs. Open interfaces enable integrations with existing solutions, such as for user and resource management, cost control or compliance monitoring for maximum cost savings via automation. A constantly growing ecosystem of standard integrations by development partners makes these benefits also available to non-technical users. By reducing costs and removing all technical requirements, whilst providing the ability to use third-party printers at any time, ezeep ensures that in the future people will be able to print from almost every location quickly and easily, for whatever reason they might have. ezeep is committed to minimizing the CO2 footprint of printing and ensuring that printed paper can be a meaningful, productive and responsible alternative to screen-based information consumption.

🖨️ Enabling Windows Protected Print Mode no longer means losing your printers.

We know the pain: you enable WPP for security and compliance — and suddenly the support queue fills up. Printers disappear. Users can't print. Finance needs those invoices out today.

The latest ezeep Print App for Windows is here to fix exactly that. It keeps ezeep cloud printing running on WPP-enabled machines — no local drivers, no security compromises, no disruption for your users.

Microsoft is making WPP the default by 2027. The time to plan is now. 💡

🔥 Day 2 at DTX Manchester — and what a ride so far!

Yesterday blew us away — the energy on the show floor was incredible, and the conversations at Stand C135 were exactly why we love events like this.

From IT managers rethinking their print infrastructure to MSPs exploring smarter ways to serve their clients — the interest in cloud printing has been nothing short of inspiring. 💬

It's one thing to talk about eliminating print servers and simplifying IT environments. It's another to see the moment it clicks for someone. We've had plenty of those moments already. ✨

📍 We're back today — come find us at Stand C135. Still plenty of time to chat, get a demo, and enter our drone raffle! 🚁

If you haven't stopped by yet — today's your last chance. Don't miss out.

👇 Were you at DTX yesterday? What was your highlight? Let us know in the comments!

🎉 Introducing the New ezeep Website — Built for You
Go Take a Look — and Tell Us What You Think!

We're thrilled to announce that the brand-new ezeep website is officially live!
After a lot of hard work, late nights, and more browser tabs than we'd like to admit, we've completely reimagined ezeep.com — and we couldn't be more proud of the result. We built this one with you in mind: whether you're an IT admin, a coworking space operator, a developer, or just someone trying to figure out if cloud printing is right for you, the new site makes it easier than ever to find exactly what you need.

Here's What's New
Audience-first navigation: The site is now organized by audience and use case, so you can go straight to what's relevant to you — no more hunting around. The menu structure actually makes sense. We promise.

Dedicated feature pages: Every ezeep feature now has its own page with a clear, individual explanation. No more feature soup.

Integrations & partners hub: We've built out dedicated pages for all of our integrations and partners — from printer brands to coworking management systems — so you can see at a glance how well ezeep plays with the tools you already use.

A stronger focus on backend printing: Developers and service providers, this one's for you. We're leaning hard into backend printing with dedicated coverage of our API, MCP, and Print App for Services.

A brand-new Learn section: Want to go deep on cloud printing? Our new Learn section covers everything from what cloud printing actually is, to how it works under the hood, to how security is handled in the cloud. Great for curious minds and skeptical IT teams alike.

Smarter contact pages: Each audience now has its own dedicated contact page that automatically routes your inquiry to the right person. Less back-and-forth, faster answers.

A fresh new look and feel: Cleaner design, friendlier language, and an overall experience that's just... nicer to use. We had a little fun with it — and we think it shows.

Go Take a Look — and Tell Us What You Think!
We'd love for you to explore the new site and share your feedback. What do you love? What could be even better? We're all ears.
👉 Visit the new ezeep.com
Drop us a comment, send us a message, or reach out through the shiny new contact pages on the site. Your feedback helps us keep improving — and we genuinely mean that.
Here's to making cloud printing a little easier, one page at a time. ☁️🖨️

Let's talk about what a print server actually costs in 2026. Not just the box. The whole picture.

Hardware that needs replacing every few years. Windows Server licensing. Driver packages for every OS and device type in your environment. Security patches (remember PrintNightmare? Yeah, 29 more CVEs since then. All tied to print servers.)

IT hours spent on "the printer isn't working" tickets. And the fun one: that moment when the server goes down and literally nobody in the building can print.

For multi-location orgs, multiply all of that by every site.

Cloud print management removes the server from the equation. Printers connect through a small Hub or directly via IPP. Users print from whatever device they have. IT manages it all from a browser.

The math on this isn't even close anymore.

No ethernet near the printer? Don't run cable. Don't file a facilities request. Just use the Wi-Fi Hub.

Connects your printer to the cloud over Wi-Fi. Plug it in, join your network, done. Printer's cloud-managed.

We built this for the situations where running cable is a project nobody wants to fund. Warehouses. Retail stockrooms. Pop-up spaces. Anywhere the printer lives far from the nearest network drop.

Last peak season we noticed something.

The warehouses that didn't fall behind on fulfillment weren't the ones with the biggest IT teams. They were the ones where a new temp worker could grab an Android scanner and start printing shipping labels without calling anybody.

That's what we built driverless Android printing for. A seasonal hire walks in, opens the ezeep Print App, and prints Zebra labels in under two minutes. No driver installs. No setup tickets. No waiting for IT.

When you're onboarding 50 people for a holiday rush, every minute spent configuring a printer is a minute not spent getting orders out the door.

We wrote the full breakdown here: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0t7SWj0

Avoid peak-season printer chaos with ezeep’s driverless label printing for Android—fast onboarding and reliable workflows.

Microsoft is 3 months away from a big change to how Windows installs printers. Starting July 2026, the built-in IPP driver takes priority over manufacturer drivers.

If your environment still leans on vendor-specific print drivers, now's the time to start planning. Cloud print management removes driver dependency altogether.
