What can I say?

Its complex and complicated Topic.

However, we will work out the Magic Regime and Research and Develop our Magic World together with all the highest Kingdoms of our World.

Therefore, we will meet regularily and officialy in Dragonrock to discuss the Research and Development of our Magic World within the "Conziles of Magic".

There will be several "Conziles of Magic" in Dragonrock at the University of Magic.

The 1st Conzile of Magic will be at least five Years after the Transfer, after we have establsihed all the highest Kingdoms of our World.

The 1st Conzile of Magic will be about the Preparation for the 2nd Conzile of Magic. The 2nd Conzile of Magic will be at least 10 Years later.

Its like I said; Magic is a complex and complicated Topic. Its the last that we do because its not realy needed in the Beginning and its the Field in which we move the slowest.

Thats all I have to say about Magic for now. I will have to conduct my own Research first before I can tell you more.

Anyways. We will meet officialy on "Magic" in the 1st Conzile of Magic in Dragonrock about 5 Years after the Transfer.

Its realy a complex and complicated Topic.

However, when we develop the "Magic Regime" that will become a Part of the "Pax Fantasia", just like our "Technology Regime" and "Biology Regime" and others, we will have to work it out in several different Dimension for different Areas of our World.

We need to develop a Magic Regime for "H-One" and for "H-20" and for "Eternia" and for "Galactica" and for the Rest of Fantasia. We will have a different Magic Regime in all these Areas of the World.

And there is even more. We also got the Hyperspace Worlds, especialy Videogame Worlds and Cartoon Worlds. Those Worlds are full of Magic and we need to work out a Magic Regime for these Worlds also.

Then there are not only "Magic Items" but there are also "Magic Buildings".

There are "Magic Buildings" that have been enchanted and exhibit some kind of Magic-Feature and there are "Magic Buildings" that support Magic and that are needed to perform certain Types of Magic.

"Snake Mountain" for example would be a "Magic Building" that supports Magic and that is needed to perform certain Types of Magic.

I think maybe I could build a "Magic Temple" with a magic Antenna that will support my Magic Spell that will protect our Currency and our financial Markets.

However, our Research and Development of Magic Buildings is still in a very early Stage. I think we need to perform extensive Reseach and Development in the Field of "Magic Buildings".

I think we can realy have "Enchanted Bubblepools" and "Enchanted Steambathes" and so. But we need to develop these Features first.

Another Topic in "Magic" is the Production of "Magic Items".

There can be all kinds of "Magic Items" and that in all Domains of Magic.

I just dont know "how" we will Issue them and how they are produced. Its a broad Field and we need Rules and Regulations for that in all Domains of Magic.

What I can say here is that "Magic Items" must be manufactured and "handmade". "Magic Items" can never be produced automaticley and in Masses.

At some Point in the Production-Process we need to "charge" the Item with Magic so that it will become a "Magic Item".

But at the Moment I have no Idea on how we will do that and how we will handle that.

Anyways. Magic Items are important and they will become a mayor Topic in the Development of our Magic Regime.

You know what I think what we need to do!?

I think we need to protect "The Starbuck" and our Financial Markets from Magic Interference.

Some Magicians might find its a good Idea to produce "Money" or "Gold" with Magic. Others might think its a good Idea to manipulate our Stock Markets by using Magic.

What we need to do is to deeply Research and Study the Dimension of Magic with all its inner Domains.

The Magnolia Palace Ministry of Magic needs to do this and the same Thing is true for all the highest Kingdoms of our World.

Because what we realy need to do is to work out a "Magic Regime" that will become a Part of the "Pax Fantasia" and our "Magic Regime" must coer all Sorts and all Kinds of Magic. We realy need to learn everything there to know in Order to work out the Magic Regime of the Pax Fantasia.

Well, and the Place to do that is "Dragonmore" in the Land of the Red Fire. Here, all our highest Kingdoms have their own "Magic Station" where they can try out and research everything about Magic in all of its inner Domains.

In Dragonrock, we will also have the "University of Magic" which will lead the Research of Magic and which is operated and controled by the Magnolia Palace Ministry of Magic.

The Point is also that not everybody in the World will be able to perform "Magic".

I mean, we could make it easy but then, after a few Decades everybody in the World will have become a powerful Magician that can perform all Sorts of Magic.

We are going to make "Magic" very hard and very "expensive" to learn and to perform, otherwise its not going to be special anymore.

Its stoopid if everone in the World is a powerful Magician.

By Law, everyone has the Right to learn and train Magic in Order to become a great and powerful Magician. In Fact however only few People will realy become Magicians.

The Point is that we will issue a General License of Magic to all our highest Kingdoms.

The General License of Magic will enable the highest Kingdoms to enbable and control Magic within their World.

However, this does not mean that the King or Queen of these highest Kingdoms will receive "General Magic Power".

>>> We will make a Difference between Magic Power and Magic Law.

However, the Kings and Queens of our highest Kingdoms will become "Hard Magicians". They will become registered Magicians within the Auryn Soul-Computer which will enable them to perform "Hard Magic".

But they are not going to be "Universal Magicians" or "General Magicians". They must choose a certain Type or Domain of MAgic in which they will become "Hard Magicians".

For example;

The Rolling Stones will have a Fantastic Kingdom of Starlight that allows all Sorts of Magic to be performed within their World. But the Rolling Stones themselves can not perform all Sorts of Magic, they will have the Special Ability to create and control "Rock-Monsters".

This Way, we will equip all our highest Kings & Queens with a Special Magic Ability that suits their Style. But we wont give everybody all kinds of Magic Abillities.

I think we can refer to "Magic" as a Dimension within the Soul & Brainwaves.

Well, and within this Dimension of Magic we got all kinds of "Magic Domains" or "Domains of Magic";

Classical Wizadry & Witchcraft, Fairy Magic, Dragon Magic, Jedi Force, and Love Magic just to name a few.

I think we will sub-divide the Monopoly of Magic into several special Monopolies of Magic and we will alocate these Monopolies to certain Temples or Organisations.

For example; the Monopoly of Magic within the Domain of Love will be alocated to the "Isis Temple of Love". The Isis Temple of Love will oversee and control Magic within the Domain of Love.

Its a very complex and complicated Topic.

And when we talk about Magic, I think we need to differentiate between "Magic Power" and "Magic Law".

I think we can also distinguish between "Hard Magic" and "Soft Magic".

"Hard Magic" can only be performed by those that are registered with the Auryn Soul-Computer and that have the Rights to perform that Magic.

"Soft Magic" is Magic that can be performed by everybody. Soft Magic follows the Laws of Nature.

Hard Magic always works and is very powerful. Soft Magic is hard to perform and not so very powerful.
