For us, this achievement is about more than numbers. It reflects the kind of workplace we want to offer: one where people feel supported, respected, and confident to do their best work every day.
To mark the moment, our team received special shirts during a handover session—a small gesture that stands for something bigger ▶️ our people truly come first.

Safety is a key part of our sustainability mindset. Through regular training, clear structures, early risk awareness, and continuous improvement, we create an environment where everyone can focus, learn, and grow.

We could not have accomplished this great feat without the buy-in and participation of each of our team members both in our manufacturing and our installations at customer sites across North America. And John Corsi, CEO Grenzebach North America, adds: "This represents thousands of hours worked without an incident, both in the shop in Newnan as well as in installation and service work with our customers across North America in difficult and challenging conditions. It is a great achievement making a full calendar year without a recordable or lost time incident!"
