Is it fresh digitalizes food logistics through in-package electronics and brings a “lab-on-a-chip” solution for each individual package.

Based on a printed, chip-based sensor, we coined a freshtag, attached to the package, the product freshness can be monitored wirelessly in real time via an NFC protocol. Using the acquired data, our technology can determine an actual, dynamic expiration date.
