On 27 May, we hosted the third and final workshop in our series focused on helping developers and IT professionals build, run and manage open-source LLM models on CRA’s AI Cloud safely and securely. 🔐🤖

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions and contributed to the discussion throughout the series.

Last week, we welcomed 13 secondary school students to CRA for the start of their practical training in fields such as electrical engineering, IT, programming, telecommunications, network administration and IT security.

The programme began at our Strahov office, where students had the opportunity to talk with one of our colleagues, who is also a graduate of one of the participating schools.

Afterwards, they visited Žižkovská televizní věž - Tower Park Prague, where they could see part of our infrastructure up close and experience one of Prague’s most recognisable technical landmarks.

During their time with us, they got hands-on insight into monitoring centre operations, ticket handling, system testing, internal tools, network configuration, basic IT operations, cybersecurity examples and development or testing environments.

The goal is simple: to give students real experience from the IT and telco environment, show how technology works in practice and help them better understand where they may want to head next. 📡

Last week, CRA hosted a roundtable discussion on European digital competitiveness on the premises of the Žižkovská televizní věž - Tower Park Prague.

The meeting brought together key EU representatives and leaders of Czech technology and AI to discuss strategic EU policy points shaping the future of technological development. In attendance were Henna Virkkunen (Executive Vice President of the European Commission on for Tech Sovereignty, Security, and Democracy), Lukáš Kačena (Government Commissioner for AI), and Jan Kavalírek (CEE AI Ambassador and Director of EU AI Affairs at CRA), among others.

This was a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives, share industry experience, and strengthen the dialogue between the public and private sectors.

Regular surveys, which CRA has been conducting since 2015, have once again confirmed a high level of customer trust. This year, overall satisfaction reached 95.85%. 🧡

Behind this number are real people, real feedback and the everyday work of our teams.

We are pleased that our customers value not only reliable services, but also the human approach behind them. The My CRA customer portal is another step towards simpler and more efficient communication.

A great day in Pálava is behind us. 🚴‍♂️

As a general partner of Direct Road Classics, CRA is proud to support a race series that connects people through sport, healthy living, and positive engagement with the natural environment.

This time, 24 CRA colleagues represented us on the road and won the award for the largest team. 🏆

The route through South Moravia also reminded us how closely our infrastructure is connected with the Czech landscape, including places such as Děvín, home to one of our transmitters.

Cheers to a great day of cycling, teamwork and connection. 👏

A look back at Innovation Day 2026. 📡💡

Together with experts from the broadcasting and media industry, we discussed the future of terrestrial broadcasting, the potential of 5G Broadcasting and new ways to strengthen communications across the Czech Republic. As technology in this sphere continues to evolve, we are keeping our finger on the pulse of innovation.

Key moments included the announcement of our acquisition of Play.cz and a new memorandum with Český rozhlas to test the EWS/ASA emergency warning system over DAB+.

Thank you to all speakers, guests and colleagues who helped make the event happen.
