Companies now face even more challenges than during times of Covid, according to McKinsey & Company's State of Customer Care in 2022. And they do so even though they have already invested significantly into improving their customer care and capacity.

Nevertheless, there are still great opportunities on which to capitalize. According to McKinsey & Company,

Slevomat has a chatbot that can not only tell you jokes but also delivers up to 23% conversion during peak season 💪

Slevomat, one of the largest travel and experience CZ resellers with 300 employees, has managed to create a chatbot that has become a significant part of their omnichannel communication. Handling 19,000 chats monthly, the chatbot generates up to 23% conversion during peak season.
