It was great to be at the PrintIT Reseller Roadshow in Bristol and connect with resellers and industry professionals.

Adding new printers to a network shouldn't require hours of manual setup.

Our MyQ X 10.3 launch webinar just wrapped!

Jana Laňková, our Product Owner, kicked things off with an overview of four major new capabilities. Mark Abridge, Head of Product Enablement, then brought them to life with a live demo. Rounding things out, Michal Grepl, our Chief Sales Officer, shared real-world use cases and broke down the licensing structure.

Here's what's new in MyQ X 10.3:

1. Enhanced Windows Protected Print support, including IPP pass-through for advanced printing capabilities

2. MyQ Document Processor (MDP) - OCR, document conversion, separation, and blank page removal

3. Release Station - controlled print release on devices without an embedded MyQ terminal

Last week we held our 5th MyQ Members Party at Hector Sport Centre.

The day brought colleagues together for volleyball, squash, badminton, and other sport activities, alongside good food and drinks, with a few visitors from outside HQ joining in the fun too.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such an energetic and memorable day for the team.

Accessing documents from the cloud should not add extra steps to printing and scanning.

MyQ makes it possible to access and print files from cloud platforms such as OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint, while scanned documents can be sent directly back to the cloud storage where they belong. Yesterday we were in Coventry for the PrintIT Reseller Roadshow.

The event brought together resellers, partners, and providers from across the print, scan, and document workflow industry for a day of conversations, new connections, and insights from across the market.

By July 2026, Windows will prioritize its built in IPP driver over legacy third party drivers. By July 2027, non security updates for those drivers will largely stop.

Central to this shift is Windows Protected Print (WPP) Mode, which disables third party drivers in favor of Windows' native IPP based stack. For organizations running mixed print environments, this raises real questions around compatibility, workflow continuity, and loss of configuration flexibility.

The takeaway: No need for immediate urgency, just preparation. In coming weeks we will share how MyQ will help you best prepare for what's to come.

One more look back at our rafting event in Germany, this time with a little more action.

The montage captures the day much better than a few photos could, so here are some of our favorite moments from the trip.

The journey began in Wolfratshausen and followed the river toward Munich Thalkirchen, taking us through the Bavarian countryside and past Schäftlarn Monastery along the way. With a route like that, the journey itself was just as much a part of the experience as the rafting.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us and made it such a good one.
