UPDATE

DNS Gransy - if you still have a problem and the DNS cache of the ISP is not related, please write to us in the message - everything should be fine, including changes (2 min interval)

Emails - if everything goes well, we assume launch by noon, if there should be a change in time we will let you know

Old hosting sites - all data and databases are in order, servers with them are already ready, we assume gradual start of the web server during the day

Unfortunately, we are not able to grow quickly: the restart of the new hosting, the old controlpanel.cz and the DNS Station. We are working intensively on everything and we will also inform you.

Of course, we understand the serious nature of the situation, but please also understand us. Unfortunately, our headquarters and corporate email are not in operation, so the only channel for us to inform is now here on FB. As you know from a long-term perspective, we are not exactly a marketing-oriented company, so we do not have full communication on social networks in our country, nor do we have dedicated people. Our priority is to restore functional services as soon as possible, so we try to solve this primarily before (as was suggested in the discussion) run at any time to FB to write a lot of satisfactory text without added value.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope to have more positive news soon. We also apologize to everyone who finds our communication insufficient, but we are really trying to do it all.

We are constantly in restoration of the necessary infrastructure to run services, and soon we will start some major parts.

We would love to provide you with some time frame, but unfortunately we can't estimate yet. We are working on it intensively over 24 hours.

UPDATE>
The situation is such that the attempt to set up ransomware and encrypt most of our configurations and scripts was probably so demanding that the attacker took advantage and immediately deleted the data on the servers.
The current state is:
- data for hosting are fine and intact
- subreg application - fine and untouched
- subreg database - here we do solve stuck in a huge table of orders, which prevents us from running
- email data - ok and intact
It is necessary to reinstall the compromised servers.
However, the attack was completely aimed at destruction, because there was targeted destruction of our backup data + server configuration in the primary row. Therefore, recovery is very complicated, even though we have preserved all user data.
We are working intensively on the solution. We do apologize for not responding to your messages here, but unfortunately, we are no longer in a position to do so - moreover, we do not know the answer to the most common question “when will you go”.
We have set priorities from the most critical services and we are intensively resolving it.
Please be patient with us and thank you for your understanding.

This morning, between 7-8 o'clock, we had a highly sophisticated combined and large DDOS/Ransomware attack on our infrastructure.
The attacker encrypted some files for the functionality of important services, and some services do not work at all or do not work as they should.
So far, we are finding out the extent of the damage with the full commitment of all our employees, and we are trying to bring back all services. Most servers are without online access and we solve the problem directly on the spot in data centers.
In advance, we know that the backups of the new hosting + email customer data have not been encrypted and are therefore all ok. We are trying to find more information and we will share with you.
The repair requires a clean reinstall and complete control of all servers, so we unfortunately expect a more time-consuming outage.
Regarding user accounts and domain information> our platform use a strong hash function for users, so passwords should not be crackable. The information contained in our database does not contain any authorization information for domains. Logs in communication with registers have all passwords hashed.
However, we do not yet have any indications that the database has been misused or stolen.
We will inform you as soon as we have further information.
Estimated time of solving is - tonight.

Regnames.UA is changing its name to Regnames.EU

Regnames.ua started as a local Ukrainian project and it's growing faster than expected. Our ambitions are expanded so we decide to grow, not only on the eastern European market but also in the West and North. The .UA domain name wasn't enough to fulfill our needs. For this reason, we created a new White label system and set up a new homepage. We would like to offer better services and more variable offers. We decide to move the basic domain to regnames.eu.

Following the steps above Gransy made not easy decision and decide to cancel Russian speaking support. The support will be available in ENGLISH only.
