We just increased the plan limits for every paid plan! We’ve updated how many domains, checks, team members and status pages each plan can use.

No new prices or manual actions required for existing subscriptions and no changes to monitoring intervals either.

Business plans get a fixed cap on domains (100) and status pages (25) instead of unlimited — checks and team members still went up like every other plan.

Enterprise stays unchanged and unlimited in all features.

Content Security Policy allowlists go stale like anything else. New vulnerabilities and bypasses are discovered. Requirements change!

Ideally, everyone would use a strict policy, but in reality the majority of sites do not even implement a policy at all and when they do, they often weaken it with unsafe-inline, leaving them exposed to cross site scripting (XSS).

Any policy is better than none, but for non-specialists it can be hard to build a strong one from scratch.

If you don’t have one and aren’t sure where to start, try our free CSP Generator.

Use the presets to generate a fresh policy or better yet let the tool crawl your site and build one directly from the resources that your site loads.

New series: Incident Insights — real outages, and what they actually mean for your own monitoring setup.

First up: Namecheap's RadiusDC: Phoenix data center outage on August 13, which took hosting, DNS management, support, and other major services offline for over 30 hours.

You shouldn't have to rely on a provider's own account of how long you were down — independent monitoring gives you your own verified record:

Another SSL truth. SSL was formally deprecated back in 2015. The certificate itself supports either protocol — it just proves who you are — but the actual encryption on your site's connections today is in almost all cases done by TLS, not SSL.

Another SSL question this week. Answer in the comments.

And the answer from our last trivia question: this one's true.

The cap fell from 398 days to 200 in March 2026, and it drops to 47 by 2029. At that rate, nobody is tracking certificate expiry from memory:

How do you pass link equity from an old URL to the new one?

301 redirects.

How do you make sure the equity lands where it should?

Monitor the status code and redirect location.

If you only monitor the location, you won’t know if the equity is being passed correctly. Check only the code, and for all you know your users are being sent to the wrong place.

After you implement a redirect, adding redirect monitoring checks will help you protect the value that the redirects provide.

Learn more about monitoring your redirects in our latest guide:

We analyzed 1,000 redirect checks running on real sites to see what teams monitor and how redirects break. Learn how to set up your own HTTP redirect checks.

Summer juicing is a simple pleasure — watermelon-cucumber-mint one day, green apple-kale-ginger the next. You pick your combo, keep what you want, ditch the pulp and rinds.

Online content has extra pulp and rinds too. Cookie banners, ads, and subscribe CTAs are included whether you want them or not. They slow down human readers and burn tokens for any agent trying to ingest the page.

We deal with this daily, so we built a fix. Our free content-extractor processes any public URL and serves up a clean version, in the format you want.

Need to calculate your SLA uptime? We've got a free tool for that.

Our SLA calculator converts availability percents into hours/minutes/seconds of downtime. It also works in reverse, so you can see if an outage breached your SLA.
