🌍 Partnership for CESMO Implementation

We're excited to announce a new partnership between JISR Institute, a.s. and ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH! Together, we have formed a targeted alliance to implement the CESMO standard within the German Armed Forces and across German OEMs. By partnering with ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH, a leading platform- and manufacturer-independent system integrator as well as an established technology and innovation partner for defence and security with over 50 years of experience, we are combining our cutting-edge CESMOS ( Software Solution) with their expertise to bring comprehensive capabilities to the market. 🤝

💡 What is CESMO?

CESMO (Cooperative Electronic Support Measure Operations) is an IP-based, standardized NATO protocol designed to support electromagnetic support operations. CESMO enables real-time detection and precise localization of both threats and friendly forces, significantly reducing response times and improving the protection of soldiers in the field. With the growing importance of multi-domain operations (MDO), CESMO is becoming an indispensable component of modern military strategies. In this year’s Bundeswehr regulation “Fachkonzept Elektromagnetischer Kampf der Bundeswehr,” CESMO has been defined as mandatory for all new procurements and major overhauls of existing systems in the context of electromagnetic warfare.

At the end of September, we took part in the Drone Shield 24 military exercise hosted by the CAF, where we proudly showcased our C-UAS software, C4PER 🛡️. This exercise provided an excellent platform to demonstrate the advantages of our solution in countering unmanned aerial systems (UAS).

We extend our gratitude to all involved in organizing and conducting this exercise. We eagerly anticipate future opportunities to highlight how our advanced technologies enhance security and situational awareness of armed forces.

We are pleased to announce that in May 2024, the international exercise VIGO 2024 took place in Lithuania, organized by the Bundeswehr. As part of this exercise, the CESMO Demo Day was held, during which airborne and land electromagnetic warfare assets were linked using the (Cooperative Electronic Support Measures Operations) network, confirming the benefits of this concept for the Baltic states. The results and benefits were presented to representatives from the acquisition sections of the Ministries of Defense, army command, and numerous representatives of foreign countries.

The concept was also presented at AOC Europe, held from May 13 to 15 in Oslo, Norway. During this conference, we had the honor of exhibiting alongside our partners from ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH and showcasing our implementation of the concept to electromagnetic warfare specialists.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners and everyone who visited our booth. 👏 Both of these events underscored the importance of international cooperation and advanced technologies in the defense industry, which enhance security and collaboration among allies. 💪

Ve spolupráci s AČR a naším partnerem URC Systems, spol. s r.o. jsme se zúčastnili cvičení zaměřené na ochranu objektů kritické infrastruktury před bezpilotními prostředky, které proběhlo ve dnech 12. až 13. října 2023 v JE Dukovany.

Jedním z hlavních prvků předvedené anti-dronové ochrany byl systém Cyber Attack, který lze použít také v civilním sektoru v souladu s platnou legislativou. Senzory a efektory byly integrovány v softwarové aplikaci C4AD, která je jádrem anti-dronového systému Andromeda od společnosti JISR Institute, a.s.

In cooperation with the Czech Armed Forces and our partner URC Systems, spol. s r.o. we participated in an exercise aimed to protect critical infrastructure objects from UAVs, which took place on October 12-13, 2023 at Dukovany NPP.

One of the main systems of demonstrated Anti-drone protection was the Cyber Attack system, which can also be used in the civilian sector in accordance with the applicable legislation. Sensors and effectors were integrated into the C4AD software application, which is the core of the Andromeda Anti-drone system from JISR Institute company.

In this September, representatives of JISR Institute participated in the Timber Express 2023, a traditional national tactical datalink exercise arranged and supported by Bundeswehr. The exercise aimed to improve mutual interoperability capabilities between NATO Coalition Forces on land, air, and sea.

The Czech Armed Forces were a significant member of the Family during 2023, playing its prime part by presence with EW sensors and effectors.

Cooperation and support by all members gained great push forward in the electromagnetic operations.

We also gained valuable insights directly from users, providing us with feedback for the future development and improvement of our products. Your opinions are crucial to us.

Dne 13. září jsme se zúčastnili oslav 10. výročí založení 53. pluku průzkumu a elektronického boje na místě Národního památníku II. světové války v Hrabyni. Jsme velmi hrdí, že jsme toho byli součástí! 😎

On September 13th, we were part of something truly remarkable – the 10th-anniversary celebration of the founding of the 53rd Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare Regiment at the National Memorial of World War II in Hrabyně. We take immense pride in our participation!😎

Ve dnech 21.8. až 25.8. 2023 proběhla soutěž průzkumných hlídek RECCE PATROL 2023, kterou již druhým rokem podporujeme. Skvělá organizace a ještě lepší výkony účastníků. Těšíme se na další ročník!

Ve dnech 5.6. až 23.6.2023 jsme se zúčastnili největšího mezinárodního cvičení zaměřeného na interoperability CWIX 2023 v polské Bydgoszczi. Naše účast v rámci JISR Focus Area (jak symbolické) byla zaměřená na testování sdílení ISR dat v prostředí NATO s využitím CSD. Ověřili jsme si správnost našeho řešení a získali jsme také řadu cenných poznatků, které použijeme při řešení projektů a produktů pro naše zákazníky. 💪

We participated in the largest NATO international interoperability exercise CWIX 2023 in Bydgoszcz, Poland (5th June – 23rd June.). Our participation in the JISR Focus Area (quite symbolic) was focused on ISR products sharing within a NATO environment using CSD (Coalition Shared Database). We verified our solution as well as our approach and also we gained a number of valuable insights which we will use in our projects and products. 💪
