💙 We were truly delighted to see this recognition.

Vlastimila Faiferlíková, Director of TOTEM, received the Silver Medal of the President of the Senate in recognition of her many years of work for the community, bringing generations together and developing volunteering in Pilsen. 👏

At UBK, we regularly take part in volunteer activities together with TOTEM, so we know very well how much work, energy and how many people willing to help stand behind projects like these.
Vlasta, congratulations! 💙

And thank you for everything you have been doing for Pilsen and its volunteer community for the past 27 years.

Yoga in the office? Yes, that’s how we do it. 🧘‍♀️

Regular office yoga sessions have become a lovely part of our working week. They help us stretch, slow down for a moment and return to work with a clearer mind.
A big thank you goes to our instructor Jana for the long-term cooperation, her kind approach and the energy she brings to our office. 💜
Jana, thank you for all the sessions we’ve shared together! 🙏

🥈 Second place and most importantly, support for a good cause.

We took part in a charity floorball tournament for companies organized by FBŠ SLAVIA Plzeň in support of Nadace pro transplantace kostní dřeně.
Our UBK team finished in 2nd place, and together with all participants, CZK 63,000 was raised. ❤️

Thank you for the great atmosphere, fair play, and the chance to be part of it.

⚽️ Foosball, team spirit and a great Pilsen IT community.
Our regularly take part in the IT Companies Table Football Tournament organized by PeoplePath CZ at SmallBalls - Foosball club. Once again, it was a great mix of exciting matches, good vibes, networking and time spent together away from keyboards.
Thank you to PeoplePath CZ for the organization and to all participating teams for the great atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to the next round! 🙌

We had the opportunity to visit T-Mobile 's most modern data center. 💡

It was a great chance to see the technological background that supports secure, reliable, and highly available digital services.
Thank you for an inspiring visit and for letting us take a look behind the scenes of a world that usually remains hidden, but is essential for today’s digital infrastructure.

Since September 22, 2025, every Monday has belonged to one favorite team tradition: pub quiz. 🧠
After the autumn part, we smoothly continued with the spring season. Our team Syntax Error comes together depending on who can make it, so each evening brings a slightly different line-up and energy. But one thing always stays the same: good vibes, team spirit, and the joy of spending time together. Many thanks to our colleagues Marek and Eliška for organizing this great event. 🍻

At UBK, things do not stop when the workday ends. 🎲
Our colleagues often meet even after working hours, prepare something tasty to eat, and enjoy relaxed evenings together, for example playing board games. We are happy that our offices are not just a place for work, but also a space for natural connections and enjoyable moments with great people ❤️

UBK helped at Mezigenerační a dobrovolnické centrum TOTEM, z.s.: 250 Easter eggs for children 🐣

Friday the 13th? For us, it was a day full of creativity and helping others. 💛 Together with UBK, we went to TOTEM in Bolevec, where we helped prepare Easter workshops for schools. Together, we created 250 sewn Easter eggs that will bring joy to children during Easter crafting activities.
Thank you for a beautiful day, great energy, and meaningful cooperation. 🐣
