We’re launching AI Voice Agents soon for a family-run staffing agency, enabling 24/7 communication with candidates across the most common Central European languages.

Starting smart and scaling step by step – in two phases designed to generate value as quickly as possible.

1️⃣ Phase 1 – Fully automated outbound calls to job applicants. The AI Voice Agent calls candidates, verifies their interest, asks qualifying questions, and writes the answers directly into Raynet CRM. From there, a consultant takes over – handling the interview invitation and next steps.

AI support at Shoptet is expanding. 🚀

After launching the AI Agent for customers inside the client zone, we’re now extending the solution to Shoptet’s public website as well.

The role is broader than customer support. On the web, the AI Agent will also help prospective customers with pre-sales questions – from getting started with an e-shop to understanding Shoptet’s products and how they compare to alternatives.

Instead of relying on predefined chatbot scenarios, the Agent works with the sources where Shoptet’s knowledge actually lives – including its website, GitHub Wiki, DMS and Salesforce.

Users can simply ask questions in their own words and receive structured answers based on up-to-date company data.

With this step, AI assistance now covers both sides of Shoptet’s customer journey: prospective customers on the public web and existing customers inside the client zone.

🏆 Kalkulátor.cz chose Feedyou as their AI platform!

We were shortlisted alongside other AI platforms – and asked to prove ourselves on real traffic, not slides.

The task: take a defined portion of outbound calls from their customer support and sales team and handle them well. LKQ is a leading distributor of automotive spare parts, accessories and workshop equipment, supporting drivers, businesses and automotive service centres globally.

Together, we are preparing an outbound AI voice agent to support LKQ’s campaigns.
