It's August. Which means our Slack is full of festival photos instead of meeting screenshots.

Not polished marketing photos.

Rather rain-soaked selfies, morning views from hotel windows, coffee cups, empty Wednesday breakfasts because half the team is somewhere in the field.

Because that's exactly who we are.

This is one of the reasons we build OnSinch the way we do. Even when we're "off", we're usually backstage, in front of a stage, walking a festival site, helping a client, volunteering, or simply enjoying the atmosphere.

This summer alone our team has been:
🎬 supporting Karlovy Vary International Film Festival on site
🎧 working at Let It Roll and Bludfest
🎸 visiting Rock for People, Mystic Festival, Colours of Ostrava and Pekelný ostrov
🤘 with more stops at Brutal Assault and Prague Pride still ahead.

Some of us were there as visitors.
Some were working.
Some were meeting clients.
Some were supporting them.

OnSinch wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born backstage.

The best ideas rarely come from a meeting room. They come from standing in the rain with a radio. From watching thousands of people arrive at once. From seeing where things work... and where they don't.

That's why when our customers tell us about a challenge, we usually don't have to imagine it. We've probably lived it ourselves.

When your logo appears on an ambulance, the phrase "supporting critical infrastructure" suddenly means something different.

At OnSinch, we've often described our work that way.
