This is a post about our founders, Viktoria and Vit Ryznar.
It’s hard to capture them in a photo, because at our events they’re always somewhere else. Handling things. Creating. Holding it all together. Pushing everything forward. They are the ones behind the entire Brno Bold platform, which for four years has been creating space for designers on both the local and European scene. They are the driving force behind the Bloomfield Studio, made up of just a handful of people. A small team with enormous drive that our founders nurture day in, day out.
The Ryznars have no idea this post is being written. It’s at least a small gesture, a shout-out to people who, with incredible effort, can turn even small things into something with massive impact. On the community and people around Brno Bold. On the community and artistic project and multifunctional space Boldhalle Brno, which they are once again building largely through their own efforts.
For our entire team, it’s a huge inspiration to have such drivers at our backs, people who want to push the boundaries of what often seems impossible. Project by project, they are creating space in the Czech Republic for improving visual perception and for shifting aesthetics as a whole.
And this year, for the first time, with a reach across Europe. Thank you for every piece of feedback you give us. We prepare the conference alongside building visual brands for our clients, and it’s the result of enormous year-round work, from visual identity to catering to late-night rehearsals just hours before the conference. It’s worth it. And as long as the energy keeps coming back to us as it has so far, we’ll keep doing it with huge enthusiasm.
