Another peek at CMPlayer - local-first audio player - manage your audio library (or libraries!), play music, edit metadata (even en masse), try a DJ table (3 different skins available) and more. A beta version is expected to be out in early October.

Any idea what's cooking? 🙂

I had an idea for a simple game a few years ago and finally got to implementing it: Tapeeoka. Tap with your fingers in rythm: how long can you last?

We're announcing Vidarium beta testing.

Vidarium is like Lightroom, but for videos. It allows you to create multiple libraries for your videos, tag them, tag people in them, sort them into folders, collections, save searches, rate them and add comments to them.

And mainly, it allows you to keep the files where they are. Vidarium will not copy the files anywhere.

It is the ideal companion to Downie and Permute - you can easily manage content downloaded via Downie or converted via Permute.

A local-first video library manager for Mac, iPad and iPhone. Lightroom for your videos.

We've been busy! CMRSS is currently in public beta via TestFlight. It is an all-Apple-platforms RSS reader with AI-provided article summaries, iCloud sync, tab browsing and much more!

Tab browsing allows you to open articles that you're interested in reading for later without flooding your browser. iCloud sync means that all articles are marked as read across your devices and your feed list stays in sync.

And one more thing: another new app is coming to beta testing soon!

I've been honored by MacPaw, the company behind Setapp by MacPaw, to be invited to a panel discussion at an event in San Francisco area on June 7.

The event is free to attend, though you need to register upfront as the capacity is limited. If you are in the area, you can register here https://luma.com/flipthescript26, come and meet up.

We have bad news and good news. The bad news is that unfortunately, Setapp Mobile is becoming thing of the past. The good news is that Downie for iOS has found a new home on Onside!

It is available in the EU like Setapp Mobile was, but it's also available in Japan! Further markets may follow as per legislation.

Install exclusive apps on iPhone & iPad. Fully DMA-compliant and aligned with EU and Japan data protection standards. Save on in-app purchases and discover content beyond the App Store.
