July was a particularly busy and rewarding month for us, with five Erasmus+ teacher-training courses delivered over five consecutive weeks:

📌 29 June – 3 July: Artificial Intelligence in Education
📌 6 – 10 July: Intelligence Artificielle en Éducation 🇫🇷
📌 13 – 17 July: Green Education 🌱
📌 20 – 24 July: English through Technology
📌 27 – 31 July: La Inteligencia Artificial en la Educación 🇪🇸

During these five weeks, we welcomed educators to Paphos to explore some of the key challenges and opportunities facing education today: Artificial Intelligence, digital technologies, language learning and green education.

It was also a truly multilingual month, with courses delivered in English, French and Spanish — bringing together teachers from different educational and cultural backgrounds in a European learning environment.

A warm thank you to all the participants who joined us, shared their experience and ideas, and contributed to these five memorable weeks.

Over the past days, our Institute had the pleasure of welcoming a group of senior participants from Poland for an inspiring Erasmus+ mobility experience in Paphos, Cyprus.

The visit was a beautiful reminder that learning can remain a living and joyful experience at every stage of life. Through a series of practical and cultural activities, the participants had the opportunity to strengthen their digital confidence, practise communication in an international environment, and experience everyday life in another European country.

Their programme combined learning with discovery. Together, we explored aspects of Cypriot history and culture, visited places of interest in Paphos, shared experiences, and enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the Mediterranean. The participants approached every activity with curiosity, openness, and enthusiasm.

For our Institute, it was a privilege to support this mobility and to contribute to an experience that encouraged confidence, independence, intercultural understanding, and active ageing.

We warmly thank the whole group for their positive energy and participation. We hope that Cyprus will remain in their memories as a place of learning, friendship, and inspiration.

Du 13 au 17 avril 2026, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir à Paphos deux brillantes enseignantes venues de France pour notre cours Erasmus+ « IA dans l’éducation ».

Pendant cette semaine de formation, nous avons exploré ensemble les possibilités offertes par l’intelligence artificielle dans l’enseignement : création de ressources, accompagnement des élèves, réflexion critique, éthique et nouvelles pratiques pédagogiques.

Un grand merci à nos participantes pour leur enthousiasme, leur curiosité et la qualité de nos échanges. Ce fut une semaine riche, inspirante et pleine d’idées pour l’avenir de l’éducation.

Last week, 𝗜𝟲–𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we had the pleasure of delivering our course 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵.

It was a truly special week, as the participants came from a school in Romania for hearing-impaired students. Their patience, dedication, and professionalism impressed us deeply.

Together, we explored how 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 for students with very specific needs — opening possibilities we could not have imagined in advance.

A heartfelt thank you to these remarkable teachers for inspiring us and showing once again that 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

Last week, for the first time, we had the pleasure of hosting a course in the Slovak/Czech language at our institute. Participants from Slovakia and the Czech Republic had the opportunity to explore the latest classroom technologies, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence and its educational applications.

The course was also enriched with cultural visits, giving participants the chance to connect with the local history and experience the unique cultural heritage of our region.

It was a wonderful week of learning, exchange, and international cooperation, and we are very happy to have welcomed this group to Paphos.

🇵🇱✨ 𝐀 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠!

From 𝟏𝟔–𝟐𝟎 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, we delivered our course 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and had the pleasure of hosting a brilliant group of teachers from 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 — all of them 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬.

This gave our discussions a truly 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞, as we explored how AI can support 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 in practical, creative, and meaningful ways.

What made the week special wasn’t only the topic — it was the people. The participants’ experience, curiosity, and enthusiasm created 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, rich exchanges, and a genuinely 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 from start to finish.

Last Tuesday (10 Feb 2026) I had the pleasure of visiting Limassol, at the A’ Technical School, invited by the teachers of Interior Design, to deliver a professional development session: “AI for the Teacher.”

It was a wonderful opportunity to share both general ideas and very practical examples tailored to Interior Design—how AI can support lesson planning, inspiration boards, concept development, visual communication, differentiation, and everyday admin tasks that take time away from teaching.

What I enjoyed most was the dialogue: I learned a lot from the teachers’ questions, experience, and real classroom needs. Moments like this remind me that AI isn’t about replacing creativity—it can amplify it and make teachers’ daily work easier and more meaningful.
