We just shipped a small improvement that saves you a lot of time.

When you upload a single bill in Cybooks, our document intelligence now shows how confident it is in each extracted field - with a simple color indicator:

✅ Green = High confidence - a quick glance is often enough
🟠 Orange = Medium confidence - worth double-checking
🔴 Red = Low confidence - needs your attention

It’s not about skipping checks - it’s about knowing where to focus your time. Because in accounting, accuracy matters.

We've recently launched Dimensions in Cybooks!

With Dimensions, you can easily create unlimited custom categories and track the performance of projects, cost centres, and much more - all with full flexibility.

Instead of being limited to a fixed cost centre module, you can now set up as many Dimensions as you need, tailored exactly to your business.

Here’s how it works:
1) Create a Tag Group – for example, "Projects."
2) Create Tags and assign them to your Tag Group – for example, "Project A."
3) Assign Tags to individual line items in your invoices or bills.
4) Filter your Profit & Loss Statement by Tags to easily track performance.
