The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IT infrastructure and cloud environments while ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain servers, virtualization, storage, and network systems.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and related infrastructure.
• Manage cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support client projects, migrations, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure management.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
o Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
o VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
o Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Routing, Switching)
o Backup & disaster recovery solutions
o Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CCNA/CCNP will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Greek language considered an advantage).
