Welcoming you to one of our recently completed projects! Syrkana Zivania, The production of zivania in Silikou dates back to the years of the Middle Ages. There is in the community, especially in people of great age, accumulated experience both in the cultivation of the vine and in the production of wine products, such as Koumandaria, wine, raisins and of course zivania.

The brief was to create a brand/website that encapsulates the whole story of Syrkana Zivania and the beautiful village of Silikou (Σιλίκου)

Welcoming you to another of our recently completed projects! Aphrodite Dating App - Their mission is to spark meaningful relationships for every single person in Cyprus.

The brief was to create a dating application geared for Cyprus. The Aphrodite founders had a clear direction on how they wanted to position the brand plus how they wanted to tackle the marketing approach. After months of developing and discussing, we soft launched them just a few months ago and already they surpassed over two thousand active users. This client is ongoing as we are planning/launching multiple campaigns island wide.

Welcoming you to one of our recently completed projects! Muskita Hotels , The Muskita Groups field of expertise is diverse – operationally and geographically.

Included are: Aluminium industries based in Cyprus; Hotel businesses with properties in Cyprus and Greece; and a real estate division with assets in several locations in Cyprus and overseas.

The brief was challenging and exciting, a unique employee loyalty / onboarding app for all the Muskita Hotels. The app is already being used by over 700 employees within the Muskita Group.

Personal branding is different from company branding two very different animals. Your personal brand helps you stand out from everybody else. You can use your personal brand to demonstrate your knowledge and skills about your areas of expertise.

My top 4 tips :

1- Be active on social media verticals /share/comment on your way of thinking ,but ADD VALUE.

2- Build credibility by networking, going to conferences, events, give people a face, character to the work they have seen or will see.

3- Do work for free, sometimes! ,but doing this really goes a long way, as people love to talk.

4- Be yourself and don't stop.

Interesting lately how a lot of businesses are quickly adjusting their models to accommodate the last few years during covid. One space which has always been prominent in Cyprus is the property market, new buildings, hotels, houses, apartments non stop being developed.

So how are the property brokers/agents adjusting now, as most agents are commission based, and 99% of their time is spent meeting potential buyers showing properties to buy or rent in Cyprus.

You have the classic methods of web based images plus videos of the properties, these two methods are just tools to add on in the agent's conversation but not a deal closer, no doubt 99% of deals are closed when client visits the property.

If I was agent / broker now I would be thinking how can I give a potential client the visiting experience but from home as this virus will be with us for long time or forever in peaks...for me its VR ( virtual reality)

I would invest in creating VR virtual rendering of all my top properties, then send out to all my clients a VR headset, sent to their homes. Potential clients can view your portfolio of properties at home but most important get the closest experience to viewing a property.
