You’ve finished your coaching certification. You have the method, the tools, and the confidence to work with clients.

What you might not have yet is the rest of the puzzle: a website, a clear offer, a way for people to book with you, a way to stay in touch.

This is how I put those pieces together with my clients.

First, a brief. A set of questions that helps me understand you: your vision, your values, your offer, and the client you want to work with, in all their layers.

Then research. Where you stand in comparison to your competition. We go deep in your customer mind.

Then design and copy, together. You see the whole page and approve it before anything goes live.

Then I build it, making sure it works on mobile and that the basic SEO is in place, so Google knows what you do.

I build everything from scratch: colours, fonts, tone of voice. From you, I need two things: at least three photos of you, and your answers to the brief.

From start to launch, it usually takes 14 to 20 days.

If you’re ready to start taking clients and want to know more details, contact me!

For the last three months, I've been doing cold outreach.
At first, I didn't know how to start a conversation or how to make sure the person I wrote to was left with something useful, even if they never replied or we never worked together.

So I started by looking closely at their websites. And I keep seeing the same thing: a generic headline like Welcome, I'm Maria, followed by a list of certificates and qualifications.

There's nothing wrong with showing your qualifications. Just not in the first section of your homepage, right under the menu. That's the most sensitive spot on your site.

It's where your visitor understands what they get from you, and where you position yourself as the right solution for them.

Compare: "Welcome, I'm Maria. Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner"
with
"Coaching for women who've built a career and lost themselves along the way".
In English or Greek.

The second one tells the visitor who it's for and what changes. If you're a coach, therapist, business coach or nutritionist and this reaches you, take a few seconds to look at your homepage.
What does the big headline right under the menu say? Read it as your client would. Open it on your phone: is it visible, and do you understand the offer? Then notice how you feel reading it.
It's usually the first thing I point out when I write to someone, because it's the first thing their client sees.

If you'd like a second pair of eyes on yours, send me a message.

Does a coach need a website in 2026?

Yes and no. Let me explain.

Most likely, not a website. To put it more accurately: start with a landing page, built as the first module, and gradually turn it into a system (not just a pretty website).

Decide from the very beginning: the domain, the platform, the email list with the right tool, the URL structure, and tracking.
Once your sales page is connected to an email system and your database grows, add the next module, the next page, and move on to the next stage of your business.

A website is only useful if it does a job: it turns visitors into leads and bookings. Blog, video, resources, and community come later, as the system grows. Building it takes time, work, dedication, patience, adjustments and budget.

And yes, you need your own system today. Otherwise, you'll wake up to find you've built your community on a social network, on someone else's platform, with rules you don't control. Social media builds your name. Your own SYSTEM builds your business.

And by SYSTEM I don't mean one tool. I mean the whole mechanism

Three questions that show you who your real client is.

The best details about your ideal client come from the clients you've already worked with.

Look back at them and ask yourself three questions:

1. Who paid you easily, without hesitating?
2. Who got the best result?
3. Which client would you love to have ten more of?

Where the answers overlap, that's your ideal client. A person you've already met, not a guess.

Save this post and come back to it when you write your next offer.

How well do you know your client?

What do you know about their pain? Their dreams? The life they have and the life they want?
What do they do in situation X, and what should they do in situation Y?

It took me a while to understand that my ideal client avatar has layers.

In one scenario, she's married, has 1 to 3 children and runs her own coaching business.
In another, she's a mum and an entrepreneur, with a partner she isn't married to.
In another, she's 40, mum to one child, and separated. She has a coaching business to run and monetise, and on top of that, she's caring for one of her parents.

And so on. The scenarios are endless.

Then I draw the line.

1. What do all these versions have in common, and what don't they share?
2. What language do they use? Where do they spend their time?
3. How do they interact?
4. How open are they to opportunities, and where do they close off? What are their limits?
5. Do they have the courage to say no? If yes, why? If not, why not?
6. Do they have the courage to say no? If yes, why? If not, why not?
7. What have they tried before coming to you, and what worked or didn't?
8. What do they believe is stopping them from reaching the goal they want and feel they deserve?
9. What result do they want?
10. What are they willing to do for that result?

That last question is usually the one that sets up the winning shot. It forces you to put yourself out there and talk about what you do with courage and confidence. It asks you to be present in what you say, and to own it.

When you really know your ideal client, you realise there are several versions of them. And your texts and messages start connecting to the words already in their head, the ones they keep running on repeat.

So, do you know how many versions of your ideal client there are? Could you describe them without guessing?

If you're a coach, therapist, or consultant, even just starting out, it's worth using an online booking system with reminders and automation.

Here's why I use a smart setup with tools connected to each other: it keeps you from losing leads that slip through the cracks.

When a lead lands automatically in a CRM connected to an email sequence, you raise your chances of turning them into a client.

A missed lead isn't a small thing when you're starting out. It's the client you'll never know you lost.

Type on Google to see the kind of booking system I build for my customers.

Every month, your business runs on a steady flow of leads, and only a slice of them ever become paying clients.

So the real question isn't "how do I get more leads?" It's: how many do I actually need?

If you already know that number, you're ahead of most; go build the system that brings them in consistently.

If you don't, that's the gap. I put together a quick calculator that works it out for you: enter your numbers, and it tells you how many leads a month you need to hit a goal like €2,000.

Many coaches believe their homepage should be about them. I believe the opposite. A good homepage makes the client say, "It’s as if this was written for me."

Only then do they become curious about who you are and how you can help them.

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Most websites tell you what they do. This one makes you feel it!
