ASBIS Group has has expanded its distribution agreement with Premium Audio Company (PAC) by adding the German brand Magnat to its product portfolio.

The cooperation supports the continued growth of the ASBIS Consumer Distribution business in the premium audio and lifestyle audio-visual category.

The full range of Magnat products will be available across 39 markets in the EMEA region. This marks the fourth brand from PAC’s portfolio, alongside Klipsch, Onkyo and Integra, to be distributed by ASBIS.

ASBIS generated preliminary consolidated revenues of USD 604 million in August 2026, up 91% year-on-year compared to USD 316 million in August 2025.

Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: “August marks another record-breaking month in terms of revenue this year. This time, we have nearly doubled our sales from a year ago which confirms the continuation of very strong growth momentum following a truly excellent first half of the year. As we can see, the third quarter is also shaping up impressively. We are effectively leveraging not only the growing global demand for AI infrastructure, but also simultaneously developing sales in key consumer categories, including the world’s most popular smartphone models, which were the second best-selling product category in August. The top three countries in terms of monthly sales performance remained Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates.

As a result, ASBIS is not only reinforcing its position as a key player in the global AI infrastructure supply chain, but is also building an increasingly balanced growth portfolio, based on both a dynamic B2B segment and strong consumer sales."

Phison is expanding its European operations with the opening of a new local entity in Eschborn, Germany, strengthening its enterprise presence and local support in Europe.

ASBIS plays a key role in bringing Phison’s Pascari enterprise SSD portfolio to market across Europe. The new local presence will support closer cooperation with Phison as demand grows for high-performance storage solutions for AI, cloud and enterprise workloads.
