After die-cutting, each carton enters the folding-gluing machine as a flat sheet with pre-pressed crease lines. The machine folds precisely along these guidelines and glues the edge to form the box structure.

Glue placement and volume are critical. If the glue is off, the carton will not open cleanly or sit square during packaging.

The end result is flat-packed cartons that open smoothly and hold their shape reliably around your product. 📦
