Recently we partnered with HOOLOOVOO to support their AI for Leaders initiative, with our team member Pavle Šupeta being one of the lecturers for the cohort.
AI for Leaders is a 4-week initiative that helps sales, marketing and business leaders adopt AI safely inside their organizations and workflows, as well as delegate repetitive tasks to AI in order to receive measurable ROI.
Full cohort consists out of a 4-week program covering the following topics:
1) Week 1 - AI mindset and setting the business context
↳ The mindset shift needed to lead in the AI era and a selected use-case for each leader where AI can take over something concrete.
2) Week 2 - Saving time with AI
↳ The first AI-augmented process that is already saving you time.
3) Week 3 - Decision-making with AI
↳ A set of principles that you can apply when you use AI to support in decision-making to get a more concrete solution/output.
4) Week 4 - Your AI Blueprint
↳ A map of AI opportunities specific for your context, suggested next steps and an initial ROI report.
We chose Pavle for this initiative because of his baseline knowledge in how AI functions under the hood, model delegation and AI-Native SDLC principles.
Pavle puts focus on 1:1 sessions where he works with each participant to take them from their specific business problem to a working AI solution. His role is to guide each participant through the full cycle: from identifying the use case, through building and testing the solution on real documents, to measuring the impact against how the work is done today.
