They plan implementation details, identify tech needs, delegate part of the work to juniors, guiding them forward. They monitor and evaluate their work, provide them with regular and high-quality feedback, etc.

Apart from being the main and key players in the ITEN community, each one of them is teammate who does an amazing job, always helps and supports colleagues or goes the extra mile for the team and company.

Besides being hard working professionals we also know how to have fun!
Without little gatherings from time to time is very hard to establish strong team bonds.
So, we had an amazing team building and it was a great afternoon and a good chance to spend some time together out of the office.

When trying to impress a potential employer, making a good first impression is crucial.

This means arriving on time, being polite and being respectful throughout the interview process. In addition to making an excellent first impression, it’s also important to be prepared to answer questions about your experience and qualifications. If you can't speak about items on your resume, it can be assumed that you made them up. Don't forget that Interviewing is a two-way street. You are interviewing the company as much as we are interviewing you.
Finally, be confident but not arrogant. Maintain eye contact and be positive and genuine.
