Some murals become more than just a painting on a wall. They become part of your memories. ❤️

This was my very first mural in Baku, painted when I moved there four years ago.

And this place holds so many warm memories for me.

After the work was finished, we would often gather here as a team and play charades, laugh, talk and simply spend time together.

This space also hosted all kinds of events — from children’s workshops to sh***ri sessions. It was constantly changing, filled with different people, ideas and stories.

So when I look at this mural now, I don’t just remember the painting process.

I remember the people, the evenings, the laughter, the events and that particular period of my life.

Four years later, it’s really special to look back at one of the first walls I painted in Baku and realize how many memories became connected to it. ✨

Sometimes one project can set an entire chain of events in motion. ❤️

This mural was painted in Baku, at a tattoo studio that holds a very special place in my story.

It all started with this mural.

And then, as a thank-you for my work, I was given my very first tattoo. 🎨 → 🖋️

But the story didn’t end there.

It was in this very studio that I was later taught how to tattoo myself.

So, in a way, I came there as a mural artist and left with not only a new project, but also a whole new direction in my creative life.

Looking back, I especially love this story because it reminds me that sometimes one chance encounter or one project can change the direction of your life.

And you never know where the next project might lead. ✨

When you want to do more than just decorate a wall — when you want to completely transform a space 🌴🌊

Here, an ordinary pool area was transformed into a little piece of a tropical coastline.

The sea, palm trees, sailing ship, birds, flowers, and a herd of horses that seems to be running straight out of the greenery and onto the shore.

I especially love projects where the mural doesn’t end with a single wall, but continues through the corners and architecture of the space, creating the feeling of one seamless landscape.

And yes — everything was painted by hand 🎨

How do you show a mural when the space simply won't let you photograph it properly?

I painted this mural 9 years ago using an airbrush.

The hallway is so narrow that it was almost impossible to capture the artwork in a single photo. The perspective was distorted, and the scale of the mural was completely lost.

So I decided to use AI—not to create the artwork, but to present it the way it actually looks in real life.

✔️ The mural itself is untouched.
✔️ The perspective has been corrected.
✔️ The surrounding space has been expanded to better reflect the real experience.
✔️ The lighting has been refined to highlight the artwork the way I always wanted it to be seen.

Now it's much easier to imagine how a custom mural can completely transform an ordinary space.

I love using AI this way—not as a replacement for art, but as a tool to showcase it at its best.
