As we do every year, we wrapped up the year with our annual meeting, taking time to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and to outline our plans and goals for the year ahead.

The retrospective once again showed strong progress across the company, with growth that exceeded our expectations made possible by the knowledge, dedication, and collaboration of our entire team.

A special part of the meeting was dedicated to recognizing our people. Through an internal vote, colleagues selected the Colleague of the Year based on the values we nurture at TIAC, while management also presented a Colleague of the Year award in recognition of outstanding contribution.

We also took the opportunity to honor colleagues who have been part of TIAC for a full decade. Their long-term commitment, consistency, and impact deserve special recognition, and the awards presented were a small token of our appreciation for all the years spent growing together.

The annual meeting was a reminder of how far we’ve come and a strong foundation for moving forward, together.

As every year, we organized Secret Santa at the office, and once again it proved that the small things are often the most fun. 🎅🏽🌲

There was plenty of laughter, surprises, and a few creative choices that will definitely be remembered. A great atmosphere and one more reason to laugh together and head into the holidays in a good mood.

Last Friday, we held a mini team building at TIAC in a true happy hour atmosphere, giving us a chance to relax and wrap up the week on a positive note. 🎉

In addition to fun and socializing, we also marked the end of our charity month, during which we collected funds for a good cause. ❤️

A special thanks to our colleagues who took on the role of top chefs and prepared delicious burgers reflecting our company values. 🍔

We also want to recognize our HR team for the excellent organization of the event, it was a great time spent together, full of connection and camaraderie.

World HR Day is a great opportunity to pause and take a look at what working with people really means — from the inside.🐢

At TIAC, HR isn’t just a team you see at the beginning and end of someone’s employment. They’re part of the everyday. They’re behind everything that runs smoothly and everything that gets solved on time — often before anyone even realizes it could have become a problem.

Their job isn’t just to find great people it’s to listen when needed, organize processes, understand needs, and never lose sight of either the company or the individual. They support over 250 people through every phase of work, development, changes, and all those questions you can’t always put into an email.

While most are thinking about projects, deadlines, and technology, they’re thinking about people. About how to keep TIAC a place where work happens without pressure, where structure exists but doesn’t kill flexibility, where you can speak openly, but always with respect.❤️

So thank you to our HR team. For staying steady even in chaos, for their sense of reality and their understanding of emotion. For paying attention without making a fuss. And just getting things done — the right way.

This April, we’re heading to the Adriatic coast — just across the neighborhood! Our team is joining the Automation Summit in Split, where we’ll take part through a talk and a live demo session. 🌱

We’re looking forward to presenting our MDC cooperation model and the success it brought in driving automation within ESG for the financial industry. We can’t wait to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore how others are approaching ESG and automation in practice.

On April 24, we’re giving a talk titled "You haven’t started thinking about ESG already: (don’t) panic!", where we’ll bring you closer to the abstract and often complex world of — and explore whether and how it should become part of your strategy. The following day, April 25, we’ll be hosting a DEMO session to show how we work with ESG data in practice. See you in Split!

We are happy to take part in the Business Challenge once again this year, continuing our tradition of combining sports and humanitarian efforts. This April, every kilometer we run carries a special meaning – we are running for the Budi Human foundation, supporting those who need it most.

Challenges like this are not just an opportunity to test our endurance but also a reminder of how important it is to invest in our health—both individually and as a community. Regular physical activity contributes to better physical and mental well-being, and when we can also make a difference for others, the motivation becomes even stronger.
