is proud to have taken part in the E2E Education to Employment project supported by and Job that allowed us to onboard 4 wonderful young engineers. This year was special, since all four interns happened to be talented and ambitious women, who are breaking barriers and overcoming stereotypes in a predominantly male field. Nistruct will always encourage all people to follow their dreams and not to be discouraged by the predefined roles and paths.

We are very proud of DEI activities at Nistruct that is built into our hiring and employee development practices and are pleased to say 35% of our employees are female as we constantly strive to make IT a more diverse field. We firmly believe that diversity is the future and that makes us even happier over the fact that our newest interns are a great representation of that. Happy to have them onboard and can’t wait for the next batch of young engineers to join us in the future.

👉 je imao priliku da održi Dane otvorenih vrata u okviru projekta u nasoj kompaniji.

👉Ovom događaju prisustvovali su učenici treće i četvrte godine IT odeljenja Gimnazije 9. maj iz Niša.

👉 Učenicima je predstavljen način rada u ovoj kompaniji sa akcentom na IOS i JAVA developer poziciju za koju su učenici iskazali veliko interesovanje.

Srećan medjunarodni dan programera!
Dan programera je međunarodni praznik kojim se slavi doprinos programera društvu.
Praznik se obeležava 256-og dana u godini. Ovaj dan je izabran jer je 256 najveći stepen broja 2 koji je manji od 365 (tj. broj dana u tipičnoj godini).
Pored toga, 256 je broj različitih vrednosti predstavljenih osmobitnim bajtom. Bajt je jedinica digitalne informacije. Istorijski gledano, bajt je predstavljao broj binarnih cifara - ili "bitova" - koji se koriste za kodiranje jednog karaktera teksta u računaru. Kada se ovaj dan prevede u binarni kôd glasi ➡️1 0000 0000. Zar to nije super! 👏
Dan programera je zvanično priznat 2009. godine u Rusiji a na predlog dvojice ruskih programeri Valentina Balta i Michaela Cherviakova iz Parallel Technologies još 2002. godine.
Mnogi članovi međunarodne zajednice su ubrzo nakon toga prihvatili Dan programera kao međunarodni praznik.
Zašto je Dan programera važan?
Programiranje je sastavni deo savremenog života. Ovim praznikom slavimo sva programerska dostignuća i ljude koji pomažu da se ona ostvare.
Posao koji programeri obavljaju često se dešava iza kulisa, a ovaj praznik pomaže da se ovaj posao stavi u prvi plan, da se prepoznaju lična dostignuća kolega programera, saradnika i prijatelja u industriji.
Danas – 13. septembra – slavimo Dan programera i čestitamo svim programerima.
