➡ Building and up-managing cloud and hosted infrastructure;
➡ Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes;
➡ Ensuring that systems follow best industry standards and practices for performance and security;
➡ Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience;
➡ Perform root cause analysis for production errors;
➡ Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance;
➡ Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs;
➡ Participates in architecture and software development activities;
➡ Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow;
➡ Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex;
technological infrastructure, security, or development problems.
