Global People, formerly YGP is an inclusive network that sees multi ethnicity and diversity as enrichment. They partnered up with Heldermerk & MadeTight to enhance their branding and web presence.
The values and the message that the client was looking to put forth are diversity and being approachable. After extensive research and brand design we present you our solution for the new Global People brand.

Presenting another project we are proud of.
TradeCore needed a redesign and we hit the sweet spot here.
TradeCore wanted to uplift their brand game, make things more clear & be recognised as a fintech giant on the market. We used RM Neue font to add a timeless touch and keep the site clean.
The result is a site that feels accessible and familiar but has a serious fintech undertone.
Site has been developed in WordPress with our boilerplate that uses native Gutenberg blocks.

We have been quiet lately, but that is only because we have been super busy with projects for our respected clients. 

We are proud to show off our collaboration with Mighty on redesigning and developing a brand new website for UMS Wright Preparatory School.
UMS Wright has a long tradition, and we have opted to create a modern site that still keeps that established look that has been present for years. The result is a site that we feel will represent the spirit of UMS Wright but will be able to take them to the next level.
The site was developed in WordPress with our boilerplate that uses native Gutenberg blocks.

Looking for an experienced WordPress developer to support the development, maintenance, and management of Made Tight’s client's sites and help us develop websites for new clients.

The successful candidate would be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and updating plugins.

This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.



Skills:

Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice and standard plugins.
Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level:
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions.
Customizing WordPress to support specific functionality
Creation of custom post types using ACF
Oxygen builder or Gutenberg builder is a huge plus
Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with WordPress coding standards.
Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and reusable code.
Experience creating multilingual websites with WPML.
Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and design mockup into working HTML pages
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Proficient understanding of code versioning in GIT
Knowledge of different PHP frameworks, libraries, or any other technology relevant to WordPress Multisite
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.


Responsibilities:
Establishing and guiding the website's architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and/or plugin.
Build websites, prototypes and applications using the latest front-end and back-end technologies
Providing timely resolution to reported problems with existing websites.
Working closely with both the design and project resources to achieve the best possible results in web projects from conception right through to delivery.
Experience:


Minimum 2 years experience of PHP programming, MySQL, HTML/CSS/LESS/SASS, JavaScript, XML/JSON and 3rd party APIs, Cross-platform and cross-browser, Responsive, Web standards and accessibility, Code testing, Security, Deployment
