There’s something really exciting about seeing students turn “what if?” ideas into actual products, brands, and businesses - and even better when Nordeus mentors get to be part of that journey. ❤️

This year, fellow Nordeans joined the Student Companies program (Učeničke kompanije) as mentors, supporting high school teams across Serbia through one of the world’s largest youth entrepreneurship programs, organized locally by (Junior Achievement Serbia) in partnership with .

From brainstorming ideas and improving products to refining pitches and overcoming challenges, our mentors supported the teams every step of the way — all leading up to the finals, where students proudly presented their ideas. More on that soon. 👀

And the students? They absolutely delivered 🚀

Seeing these young teams build, collaborate, problem-solve, and confidently pitch their ideas is exactly why we believe in giving the world more champions.

Big congratulations to our mentors and their teams. 👏🏻

Top Eleven is powered by a team consistently delivering standout features and updates, all bringing fresh, unique gameplay experiences since 2010. ⚽🏃

👉 To celebrate Top Eleven’s birthday, we hosted a panel discussion in our auditorium and spotlighted both veterans and the freshest additions to the team- Maša, Andrija, Nina, Dunja, Jelena, Dušan, and Igor. Through a mix of perspectives, they shared their stories about ownership, team impact, turning points, and the ‘vibe’ that has driven Top Eleven’s success for 16 years.

We continued the celebration on the Nordeus terrace with the traditional burgers made by our Top Eleven hosts themselves. 🍔 🎉
