Here you see the coolest of all cucumbers🥒, our pride and joy, the one and only Milos Bojinović - our Smart Contract Developer! 🤓

He might seem like a lone 🐺 at first glance, but he's in fact quite a social 🦋, and he's probably just focusing on his work. Just wait for his break, and in the meantime get ready to crack up on his jokes 😂

Music and the gym are his things, and his motto is: You can solve anything with the right people. 🤝 That’s why his colleagues inspire him the most to make things that haven't been made yet and connect ideas that haven’t been connected. And he inspires others to speak up about their radical opinions, it’s all about that chaotic mess 🌪️

His biggest success is that he overcame his imposter syndrome. (You lucky lucky man 😩) The thing he loves most about his job is that in this industry we all do things that are new, nobody is an expert, and people are there to help. So the greatest thing he learned is to deliberately ask even those "stupid" questions. He has always been interested in new technologies and doing independent research outside of Uni (and the box 📦). MVP and he have that in common 💜

Love for the world 🌎 and a good sense of humor help him keep that quality work-life balance. ⚖️

And a message he has for the future MVPs: Colleagues are here for you, we are a team, not a group of individuals….. and welcome! 💜

Our 3327 Community Manager is all about the ✨ community ✨, so if you see him sitting alone, that's probably not him. 😂

Meet Andrija Raicevic, our proudest Montenegrian teammate.

Andrija is usually all around - he enjoys playing basketball, video games, and riding his SUP board. Still, he loves to stay in and binge a Netflix show when he needs to chill. He's a student of RAF, but with a great passion for marketing and communications. He found a way to make the best of both worlds and became a part of 3327, our R&D center, as a Community Manager. 🏀 👨‍💻

He loves being up to date with the latest trends, so he's pretty dedicated to exploring, learning, and discovering new ways to build a community in Web3. Recently, he became very interested in DeFi research, so that's something he enjoys working on also. The cute thing about it is how he says, "his biggest inspiration for his development are his colleagues." 💙 He finds that networking and connecting with industry people is the best way to learn. You bet his lifestyle isn't easy on his planner. 📓 So the most significant problem he encounters is finding a way to organize his day like there is 48h in just one. ⌛Especially when he needs to attend hours of online meetings (he does not like those). Put him in a live event, and you'll see him enjoying his natural habitat. 🕺

📩A message for future MVPs: You'll have the best crew, that's always ready to work and/or chill. (And we have the coolest stickers too) 😉🎉

Most often you can’t find him because he is at his seaside house 🌊, or on his little boat ⛵- but if you cross paths with this face - his name is Aleksa Opačić, Blockchain Protocol Engineer at Trapesys.

He first got to know about MVPW when he was just starting college, and a few years later he became part of MVPWs venture - Trapesys. His main motive for entering the Web3 world was the fact that he started investing in crypto, and realized he didn’t know much about technologies, so he decided to own them 👨‍💻

Now he enjoys working on Polygon Edge and he makes the most out of it by adding more features to personalized blockchains, making them faster and more stable. The best memory he has of Trapesys is the Amsterdam Hackathon where the team got 2/3 sponsors awards, after 3 sleepless nights and working at a party 🎉 Yes, that’s how it went. They were looking at their laptops at a wild party, just like a scene from a movie. He loves his crew, going out, offsite days, initiatives, and transparency, and dislikes boring things. Lucky for him, he says - there is no such thing as being bored at Trapesys.
