First, you dream a lot! 🌈
Find your quiet space and start thinking about all the different ways you want your life to be. What is that place that you want to get to?
Once you have it, you set it as your goal to reach it. 🌟

Ana Pegan's goal is for her next position to be a product leader!

In order to get there, she's looking to understand what she is missing at this moment: how does she rank in the market against the competitors, what are her customers (hiring managers) looking for - what are their & company's needs from this role?

How can she improve her value proposition to become a viable solution in the market for them?

📗 Find several job descriptions for the job you want to prepare for within the companies you like/admire/want to be a part of
📗 Get the responsibilities it has, knowledge, and skills they looking for from all of them in one place
📗 Delete duplicates, group similar ones, and give them a title based on the topic they're representing
📗 Convert the list into a checklist and start checking off the things you have done already (experience), things you know how to do (knowledge), and what you're good at (skills).
📗 The items that were left unchecked are the initial gaps that you should think about how to close.

On Saturday, we had the final day of our first "Become a Product Manager" training cohort. 🚀
Over the course of training with Bojan Milutinovic and Ana Pegan as trainers, the group was split into teams for their assignment on the class project.
As a finishing part of the training, they had to pitch their validated ideas in front of our esteemed judges, Dragana Grbic 💥, Marija Joksimovic, and Ana Pegan

Judges elaborated on how they decided to invest and why, but the final vote about the best pitch made the participants themselves. 🎉 🏆
It was a day of fun and reflection. ✨
So we celebrated at the end with certificates, food, and drinks. 🥂
