Job Summary
As a Full Stack Designer, you’ll wear many hats, contributing to web design, product design, and marketing campaigns while also driving UX/UI innovation and implementing front-end solutions. With skills in animation and video production, you’ll help bring ideas to life through engaging, multimedia-rich experiences.
Responsibilities
Design
* Web Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly website designs optimized for desktop and mobile.
* Product Design: Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
* Marketing Design: Develop creative assets for campaigns, including social media, emails, landing pages, and print materials.
* UX/UI Design: Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to craft intuitive user experiences.
* Animation and Video Production: Design and produce animations and videos to enhance digital content and marketing materials.
Development
* Front-End Development: Bring designs to life using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
* Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
Collaboration & Optimization
* Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
* Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing.
Requirements
* Web Design: Proven experience designing responsive websites and landing pages.
* Product Design: Strong portfolio showcasing digital products with thoughtful UX/UI solutions.
* Marketing Design: Experience creating campaign assets for both digital and print.
* Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with hands-on experience in frameworks like React or Vue.js.
* UX/UI Design: Ability to design and test user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
* Animation & Video Production: Proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects and video editing software such as Premiere Pro.
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
* Experience with 3D design or WebGL.
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
* Ability to create storyboards and visual narratives for animations.
