What a lack of commitment, responsibility and your word, you need to man up to your responsibilities. I have been patient with you for more than 1 year, requesting the settlement for my wages that by law I’m entitled to after loyally working for you for more than 5 years. Not only do you owe me for this, but you owe others that worked in your company at First Global Response SAS.
You still owe me a total of $3,000 dollars, I’ve tried to settle this with you directly and I’ve also reached out to the Department of Labor but cowardly, you don't even answer my phone calls or the messages I’ve sent you via WhatsApp since you have blocked me.
You and your company currently have a complaint filed for fraud in Colombia. I’m constantly getting emails from providers and other people you scammed and did not pay what they were owed. To make matters worse, they are coming after me to collect payment since you just washed your hands and did not man up to the responsibilities you acquired when you decided to open a company. You just ripped the benefits of our hard work and when you had enough, unfairly and illegally left everyone else behind without just compensation.
You have been irresponsible, dishonest, and a bad human being. You have taken advantage of honest working people that believed in your false promises and words, words that were backed up by your “company”.
You are now asking for money for your own benefit; yet, you legally owe many others for unpaid wages, salary settlements, and for services and products you enjoyed. I need for you to be a man of your word and obligations and pay us for the money that we worked for as soon as possible. We are not asking for anything that was not legally earned.
