Let's hear it for Ray Woodson, our phenomenal new Site Director (Brooklyn) and latest CEO Spotlight Award winner!

Ray's journey with Continuum spans an incredible 27 years! He's stayed for the strong sense of "family" and the flexibility that allowed him to be an amazing girl dad, never missing his daughters' important moments.

He was surprised but truly happy to be recognized, embodying humility and dedication. Ray shared a powerful memory of supervisors working alongside him during challenges like Hurricane Sandy—a true testament to our team spirit! He's also grown as a leader, learning he's not all The Avengers rolled into one and now trusting his team to get the job done!

And for a funny, memorable moment? Ray recounted taking 311 calls under cubicles during a NYC blackout with his team, telling jokes to stay awake!

Huge congratulations to Desna Lightbody, our incredible Customer Care Representative, for winning the CEO Spotlight Award!

Desna's passion for her work shines through. She's been with Continuum for 15 years (and happily returned almost 2 years ago!) because, as she puts it, "we're like family."
