The EPERS automatic welding assembly machine welds electrodes on both ends of the capacitor core, automatically assembles the welded solid capacitor core into the shell, and then fills the assembled product with epoxy resin for sealing. The whole process is completed automatically, reducing the dependence on labor and enhancing the consistency of the electrical performance of the product. EPERS tests the packaging and tests the finished products through an automatic testing machine, and rejects products with unqualified electrical performance. After 100% of the tests are qualified, they are packaged and stored to ensure product quality.
