Not all PCBs are created equal. 🍰

A 2-layer board and a 16-layer board can look identical from the outside. Inside, it's a different story:

🔹 A 2-layer board = top + bottom copper. Simple, cheap, perfect for basic consumer products.

🔹 A 16-layer board = alternating signal and power/ground planes, laminated with precision, impedance-controlled layer by layer. This is what communication, medical, and industrial equipment actually run on.

The hard part isn't pressing 16 layers together. It's keeping every layer aligned, every impedance within spec, and every via reliable — batch after batch.
